White Fascias, Soffits, Cladding and Window Trims

FasciaExpert.co.uk guarantees that white PVC-U profiles supplied under the Homeline Building Products brand will retain their decorative (no change greater than a Delta E of 8) and mechanical function for a period of 15 years, under natural weathering conditions, from the date of installation, provided they are installed and maintained in accordance with the procedures detailed in the British Board of Agreement Certificates and Homeline's Specification Guide for Roofline. In addition they are guaranteed not to suffer from pinking discolouration.

Foiled Fascias, Soffits, Cladding and Window Trims

FasciaExpert.co.uk guarantees that all foiled PVC-U profiles supplied by Homeline Building Products will retain their decorative function for a period of 10 years, under natural weathering conditions, from the date of installation, provided they are installed and maintained in accordance with the procedures detailed in the British Board of Agreement Certificates and Homeline's Specification Guide for Roofline.

Gutters, Downpipes & Gutter Adaptors

FasciaExpert.co.uk guarantees Floplast Gutters, Downpipes & Adaptors for 10 years*, under natural weathering conditions, from date of installation, provided they are installed and maintained in accordance with Homeline's Specification Guide for Roofline..

Terms of Guarantee

This Guarantee will only apply to defects appearing within fifteen years (white) or ten years (foiled) from the date of manufacture and where notification in writing of such defects is received by FasciaExpert.co.uk within 28 days of the defect appearing. The sole and exclusive remedy with regard to the above Guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the Profiles, at FasciaExpert.co.uk’s discretion.

FasciaExpert.co.uk does not make any other representations or guarantees and in no event shall FasciaExpert.co.uk be liable for any other loss or subsequent damage whether direct or indirect (including but not limited to the cost of installation). Claims in respect of this guarantee will only be met when accompanied by proof of purchase and following inspection and approval by FasciaExpert.co.uk.

This Guarantee shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts only. This Guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

* Brown and Caramel gutter colours are guaranteed for 2 British summers only.
