Delivery timescales are to working days only - no deliveries will be made on weekends or bank holidays. Please do not plan to start any installation until goods arrive.
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to mainland UK meaning we are unable to deliver to IM, PO31-PO41, JE, GY and HA1-H9 postcode areas. For further information, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When the goods arrive, it is your responsibility or the person delegated by you, to check and sign for the goods. Upon signing for the delivery, responsibility for care of the goods passes to you. We therefore urge you to check all items upon delivery and to write on the consignment note if any goods have been damaged.
Please note, signing the delivery company consignment note means that you have received the goods in good condition.
We advise that you take delivery of the goods before booking your installation. This will enable you to check the goods for any damage or missing items before starting the work. This will give you enough time to resolve any issues or order any extra items you might need.
In the event of an order being cancelled or returned after the dispatch of goods, only the cost of the Standard Delivery Service will be refunded, regardless of the delivery option chosen.
Should the goods supplied be faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact customer services within 48 hours of delivery to arrange the replacement of the goods. We aim to replace any items within 3 working days of you notifying us.
Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com or 01254 918005 as early as possible if nobody is able to take delivery of the goods on the delivery date specified. In certain circumstances we may be able to re-arrange delivery at little or no cost.
