Our standard delivery service is three working days from date of order.
Orders received prior to 11am will be processed the same day, orders received after 11am will be processed the following
working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). A preferred future delivery date can be specified during the check-out process.
Orders must be placed before 11:00 am for next day delivery service.
We are unable to offer a Standard Delivery Service for the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and The Highlands & Islands of Scotland. These areas are serviced with a 3 to 5 day delivery window, which can be selected during the checkout process. However, the specific date of delivery cannot be defined at checkout. Please contact our customer service team for further information.
A number of upgraded delivery services will be offered during the checkout process, dependent on the postcode of the delivery address. In the event of an order being cancelled or returned after the dispatch of goods, only the cost of the Standard Delivery Service will be refunded, regardless of the delivery option chosen.
Should the Goods supplied be faulty or damaged on delivery, please inform the driver or, if the driver has left the delivery point, contact customer services within 48 hours of delivery to arrange the replacement of the goods. Where goods are faulty or damaged we will aim to replace them within 2 working days of you notifying us.
You must do all that you reasonably can to enable delivery to take place at the given time and place. If you delay delivery, or delivery fails because you have not taken appropriate steps, we will try to arrange for an alternative delivery date within 30 days of the failed delivery. If delivery fails as a result of circumstances within your reasonable control, the cost of any re-delivery shall be borne by you. If we are unable to arrange a date for re-delivery we may cancel your order and refund to you the price that you have paid for the goods, less the delivery cost paid by you and the additional failed delivery cost incurred by us. Currently our failed delivery cost is £30 per delivery.
Please contact our Customer Service team at CustomerService@FasciaExpert.co.uk as early as possible if nobody will be present to receive the delivery on the specified date. In certain circumstances we may be able to re-arrange delivery at little or no cost.
